Director’s Message

Dear Parents,

Children are happy when they have a secure and happy environment. This may be indicative of many things like a general sense of insecurity, a high level of awareness etc.

Children are like sponges and will absorb as much as their teachers and parents are prepared to give them. There can be no overdose of learning. They gain a sense of self, of values, of what the world expects of them, of good and bad in a pragmatic as well as absolute sense, from their early experiences in the home and outside. They are often caught between the twin pressures of school performance and parental expectations.

We face several challenges when it comes to dealing with students. We must not only ensure that a child is coping academically but also socially and emotionally. Likewise, we need to keep our eyes and ears open for the signs of unhappiness in the children. They have to be nurtured, cradled, loved and educated.
We believe to create a new future we must first create a new consciousness in our children. So that, the world of tomorrow will be better than today.I want to acknowledge one of the great strengths of our school, the caring relationship between our teachers and our students. Our teachers are true mentors for the students in their care. They assist and inspire each child to navigate the journey from childhood to adulthood in their request for a nobler and more perfect existence.
We have many plans on the anvil for the future and continue in our aspiration to build further on the excellence that is B.S.D.Sen. Sec. School

Thanks

Principal’s Message

A School is often symbolized as a temple of learning. School life is the best phase of one’s life. Nothing is more purifying than knowledge in this world. The guardians, therefore, send their wards to school to acquire knowledge, learn values to live in society and thus enable them to contribute to the nation’s building as a responsible citizen. Our future depends on today’s generation. The world demands a quality of youth to have a temper of the will, a state of mind, a quality of imagination, a predominance of courage to face hardships and an appetite for wisdom. As an institution of imparting education, we should work to the highest degree.
I feel privileged to be entrusted with the responsibility of enhancing the growth of children by spearheading this institution. It will be my foremost endeavour to ensure firmly on the training given and to inculcate the best of qualities in students in all fields be it academics, sports or extracurricular activities. To make them prosper we need to praise them as they need role models, not critics. With fervent hopes in my heart, I request the support of parents, teachers and staff to lend a helping hand in my efforts by taking care of their all-round development. Undoubtedly, Good care has always been taken to get good results.
With an optimistic approach and high spirits, I will provide the best possible guidance to the students of this school. Truly, we care that every child that comes to school is a gift of God and that school is the second home of a child.

To sum up I would like to re-iterate the words of Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam;

“Learning gives creativity,
Creativity leads to thinking,
thinking leads to Knowledge,
Knowledge makes you great.”

Thanks
